Lastly, I need information on my Grandmother Hazel McDonald Harrison's sister Ruth McDonald who was married to a Daniel James Ryan. I heard from someone who had info on her husband's line several months ago and then he never sent me the data and has never answered my letters since! In researching my husband's paternal ancestry, the CONGER family, I
have found a reference to the death of MARTHA W. "MATTIE" CONGER about
1930 in Wakefield, Dixon County, Nebraska. Mattie would have been my
husband's great-aunt. Are there presently any Conger family members in
Dixon County, or does anyone know anything about this family? Mattie
was married to GEORGE J. HENRY in 1883 in Hooper, Dodge Co., Nebraska.

I'm looking for any information about my dad's side of the family whose last name was FRANCIS. My grandfather was Clarence E. Francis who was born in 1882 and married Elizabeth "Bessie" Domach. They had four children (James, Leo, a son , and a daugther). My father "Leo" was born in Dixon County in 1915. Later the family moved to Dakota County (South Sioux City), where my father graduated from school and joined the army. Many years after that, my grandfather moved to California but I don't know about my grandmother, I don't have any information on her. If you have any information on her or on the three children (not Leo) it would be most helpful, I'm coming up to a brick wall on this family.

I'm looking for records of my great grandfather John C. Bailey (b. 1874) who left his (my) family in Oklahoma around 1906. The last record we have of him is in O'Neill (Holt Co.) NE in 1932, probably remarried. One clue may be an obscure court record found in O'Neill: a John Bailey and his wife Jessie G. Bailey of Dixon Co., along with several other members of the family of John F. Gibbs, are listed as defendants in a Holt Co. lawsuit in 1932-1935. My question is the following:
Was Jessie G. Bailey born Jessie Gibbs, part of the family of John F. Gibbs? If so, there may be someone who has information on the Gibbs family that may know something about Jessie's husband. Thanks.Jeff

I am looking for information on the Allen A.Nichols family that lived in Concord according to the 1910 cencus at that ime his wife was shown as Eria J. and childern Arthur J. age 2 and Rachel L. age 7 months. Rachel was my mother and until recently I thought that Katherine Zias was my grandmother. According to the.1910 cencus Katie Zias was a servant in the Nichols household.In 1920 Allen was living in Concord, But Katherine was now his wife and they had six additional childern namely,Dale, Louise, Richard, Walter, Mary and Leona.Any information that I can get will be greatly appreciated.

I know that Emilia Nelson, daughter of Marcus and Boletta Nelson, was married to my great grandfather in Maskell, Nebraska on June 28th, 1905 but sort of lose about 10 years of their lives. Did they stay in Nebraska? What did he do there? I think that my Great-aunt was born there but I, unfortunately am not sure. Also, did Emilia have any brothers other than Elmer and if so, who? Searching for relatives names Francis. I'm trying to find out information on the Clarence Francis family. My dad Leo Francis was born Jan. 1915 in Ponca NE. He had two brothers, James Edward Francis born March 1910 in Dixon County and other brother I think was named Carroll or something like that, I don't know when he was born. Also they had a sister but don't know her name. Their parents were Clarence and Elizabeth or Bessie Francis. I'm looking for a census for that time frame or any info telling me about the two siblings (Carroll and sister).

I am looking for information on any of the following: William H. OGLE b Aug 1, 1870 Mo. d July 31, 1914 NE (s/o Wyatt T & Martha (Martin) Ogle). He married Ella L HENDRICKSON (b Dec 8, 1874 IA, d/o Erastus & Rebecca)Dec 6, 1893 in Hartington, Ne. They had one child, Mary Jane OGLE b Feb 16, 1895 in Coleridge, NE. Mary Jane's first husband was Willie(William) JONES who I'm guessing she married between 1911 & 1914. They had two children, Thomas and Alberta. Mary Jane later married Charles Burton EPPERSON in 1918 Sioux City, IA. with whom she had five children. I don't know what happened to Thomas & Alberta but they were not with Mary when she married Charles ( I have heard they may have been taken to So. Dakota).
